Nahid Cohen loves her job! She has lived in Boulder since 1979 and if there’s such thing as a Boulder native, she is one. Nahid graduated from CU in1983. In 1997 she started United Lending, a mortgage company. She now includes this as part of United Realty Group which focuses on both real estate sales and development. She is listed in the Boulder Business Report Book of Lists as one of the Top Women Owned Businesses. Known for her enthusiasm and professionalism, she continually strives to bring the best possible service to her clients. Nahid has raised two children in the Boulder school system and is now a CU parent.  She enjoys the outdoors and can be seen around town with her dog Beau.
